This exciting new opportunity, is with a leading, independent, Scottish recruitment firm, based in the Glasgow area. Following a sustained period of growth, they are appointing an experienced Recruiter to lead a small team of recruitment consultants, while contributing a nominal amount to fees personally. A background in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or procurement would be of great use considering the sector you would be developing; however, Sales & Marketing or Engineering would equally add tremendous value. The primary important factor for this business however is your passion for recruitment!

While all recruitment businesses need to monitor output and resulting fees, this company do not believe a KPI culture is one that promotes a positive culture, or the strongest results.
