Due to continued growth, our client currently has the opportunity for an Account Manager to work within one of the company’s busiest and most successful divisions in Glasgow – the Call & Contact Centre Key Account division.
What the company is looking for is an experienced recruitment professional from a high-volume background to join the team and manage a number of major accounts within the buoyant Contact Centre market. In this role, you will be responsible for working alongside a team of dedicated consultants, managing these accounts and filling a high volume of permanent contact centre roles such as Customer Service Advisors, Complaint Officers, Contact Centre Team Leaders etc.
In this role, you will have client contact from the start, and you will be required to manage and develop strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders, whilst ensuring you effectively manage their diverse expectations and high volumes of vacancies. You will be utilising the company database and external sources to find candidates for all vacancies as well as running and coordinating assessment centres and building up a quality talent pool for future vacancies.
